What is deliverability?
Deliverability is the largest factor that anyone involved in email marketing has to consider. This is the deciding factor between your recipients receiving your email and not.
A lot of this can be attributed to the reputation of the senders IP address. What this basically means is that each senders IP address gets a reputation rating as it sends. This reputation is defined by sending volumes from the address, abuse rates, and IP authentication. All these issues have to constantly be monitored to ensure that the senders’ reputation is maintained.
mailingmanager have dedicated members of staff that will look after the reputation of each of it’s sending IP addresses. mailingmanager is a company that does more than just provide an email marketing system; it looks after its customers.
How we get your mail delivered
CAN-SPAM compliant email marketing system
mailingmanager is CAN-SPAM compliant and has features in place to ensure that all users on its system are also compliant.
ISP Relationships
mailingmanager has standing relationships with all major webmail providers (MSN Live (Hotmail), Yahoo!, AOL etc.). This allows us to keep deliverability to a maximum level for our customers.
Abuse reporting and Feedback Loops
As part of our relationship with the major webmail providers, we have feedback loops installed for each of them to ensure that any reports of spam or abuse by one of our customers can be dealt with quickly to ensure that our deliverability is always very high.
IP Segmentation
mailingmanager places users with similar sending habits together on their own IP addresses. This way the reputation of the IP address is kept high by having a recognised sending habit.
