The data is submitted as a new contact / lead in mailingmanager, which will then redirect the user to a new web page offering the download.

At this point, an email is sent to the user thanking them for requesting the download and to the site owner to inform them that a new lead has been created.

Now that the lead is active in mailingmanager and has been added to a contact list, you can send future email campaigns to them.
