You can  export contacts out of your main contact database or straight out of a contact list.

To export the contacts, you need to select the contacts that you want to export. To do this you can either choose individual contacts from your database or select a list. Once the contacts are selected, click the drop down and select export contacts.

If the amount of contacts you are exporting is small, mailingmanager will download straight away. If the list is large you will receive an email with the download link for the exported contacts. In both cases the contacts will be exported to a CSV file. If there are any custom fields assigned to these contacts, they will also be exported into the CSV.
