How to Update Contact Information
In your billing platform, you may want to change your address or you may be taking over the mailingmanager account and want to change the name on the account. This is a simple thing to do.
Once you are logged into your billing platform, click on your account button in the top right of your account and click ‘edit account details.
On the next screen, you will be shown all the current contact details that we have for you.
Simply edit any of these contact details that need updating and then click save changes. That will update the account to have the new contact details.
