How to View Reports
After sending your campaign, we recommend waiting until at least the following day to view how successful the send has been. This is because some recipients may not open the campaign until the following day or later.
To view the performance of a campaign go to reports > Campaigns. On the next screen, you will be presented with all the campaigns you have sent.
Find the campaign you want to see the reports too and the click the orange action button and select ‘view results’.
This is the reports screen. This shows you lots of detailed information about your campaign. It will tell you how many opens you have, how many clicks etc. It will also tell you the most popular email client, links and location.
You can go into more detail on opens, clicks, forwards, unsubscribes, bounces, email clients and location. This can all be accessed for the top navigation. This will give you in depth statistics on how successful your campaign was.
If you go into one of these tabs, you can export those specific results.
