Role Based Addresses

Role-based addresses are company addresses that are defined by a job role instead of a person and are usually used by multiple people. They can become unused if deemed not useful by the company anymore. These addresses can be linked to high bounce rates and spam complaints as companies don’t tend to sign up to mailing lists with these mail lists. Mailingmanager therefore strip the list of addresses below from any bulk imports.

Mailingmanager still allows customers to sign up with these addresses if they use a subscription form. You can also add these addresses individually as a single subscriber. We only advise that you do this if you have permission from the inbox owner.
