Setting the Identity on a Send

If you are sending a campaign you can choose your sending identity. You may want to do this if you are sending on behalf of a client, or if your company sends newsletters from different departments.

To change your identity you need to go to the email you are going to send. At the top of the email there will be a section called ‘Envelope’

 

 

The First option is the ‘from’ section. This is where you change the identity. If you have an identity already set up, you can choose it from the dropdown menu. If you want to create an identity, you can click the plus symbol.

Once set, your emails will have the email address sent as the sending from address when delivered.
